Intellectual Property Agreement

My Unique Sweets/Unique Sweets & Treats. LLC owns all images, text and designs.  You are in violation of federal law if you use any of our intellectual property partially, in whole or otherwise alter any material from this class and/or supporting documents.    

 

You may use our intellectual property such as links, promotions, advertiements and social media posts with direct & obvious credit back to www.myuniquesweets.com when appropriate.  

 

You may NOT use our intellectual property from this class or supporting documents for republishing, design, images & text.  Please respect that we have spent a lot of time composing the intellectual property you have purchased.

If it is discovered that you have violated the Terms of Use & Intellectual Property Agreement you will be removed and blocked from that class as well as ALL other classes that you may belong to.  You will not be allowed to purchase any future classes with My Unique Sweets/Unique Sweets & Treats, LLC.
