ANSWER: To ensure availability of your date, we recommend that all orders be placed as soon as possible. Most orders need at least a 10 (ten) day notice, Occasionally we are able to accommodate last minute requests. A rush/expedited fee will apply for those orders.
Do you require a deposit/retainer?
ANSWER: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit/retainer of 30% of your order total is required to secure your date. Any orders that are under $75 and/or orders that are placed less than 7 days prior to your event must be PAID IN FULL at the time the order is placed.
Is there an order minimum?
ANSWER: Yes, there is a $75 minimum order required for all custom orders.
Do you offer tastings?
ANSWER: Yes, we offer wedding cake tastings only. If you would like to sample anything else you will need to place an order for that item.
Do you ship your desserts?
ANSWER: Yes, we ship candy apples, cake jars, cake pops, Oreos and Rice Krispie Treats. We DO NOT ship cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes or stuffed apples.
Do you deliver?
ANSWER: Delivery charges start at $25 for the first 10 miles and will be $2/mile round trip there after.
