Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. However, due to the nature of the products, damages may still occur. All claims for damages must first be made with the carrier. Please notify our customer service department to arrange for replacements.

A request for a return for credit or refund must be in writing, state the specific reason for the return and submit it within 15 calendar days of the purchase. Approved returns must be in the same condition as when they left the our facility and the credit/refund will only be for the quantity returned.
